Service Counter Support System

Service Counter Support System

The Service Counter Support System is a solution designed to facilitate smooth communication between customers and staff at ticket counters and other service windows.

It clearly amplifies the staff’s voice for customers and the customer’s voice for staff.
When a customer approaches the counter, the system notifies the staff of the visitor and automatically powers on devices such as microphones, enabling immediate response without keeping the customer waiting.

Feature 1

Echo Canceller

When microphones and speakers are used in close proximity, sound can easily reflect or loop back, causing howling and making conversations difficult to hear.
This system incorporates an echo canceller board based on technology used in professional conference systems, allowing it to deliver clear and stable communication.

Feature 2

Microphone Sensor

A proximity sensor is built into the customer microphone.
When a customer approaches the counter, the system notifies the staff of the visitor and automatically powers on devices such as microphones.
This allows staff to respond immediately without making the customer wait.

In addition, a few seconds after the customer leaves the counter, microphone input is automatically cut off, so surrounding crowd noise is not transmitted to the speaker inside the counter during normal conditions.

Easy Installation

All functions are composed of five separate units, allowing flexible layout arrangements to suit the installation environment.
The system also requires only a small number of connections, making installation simple and enabling it to be put into use quickly.
